PACTrax™ GPS Real Time Guard Tour

PACTrax™ is real time paperless reporting software powered by PatrolLIVE and utilizing state-of-the-art patrol technology. It is specifically designed to monitor, track, and enhance security service performance levels of the officers at your property. With PACTrax™ our on-site security personnel will enter data, including video and audio files through a handheld PDA and synchronize the data in real time. All security personnel movements during any shift are recorded in real time through GPS tracking and are available for your review 24/7. SilverGuard Guard Tour Tracking & Reporting

The Silver Guard Electronic Guard Tour system can be uploaded to our web site. Patrol rounds conducted at your site by PACWEST Security Officers are viewed each morning by the management of your local PACWEST Branch Office. This ensures compliance with duties and is an extra management check that is available by no other means. These reports are available to you via the internet and can be accessed 24/7.

Fire Life Safety Online Training and Testing

PSS offers data based training systems that allow your building occupants 24/7 access to training programs hosted at the PACWEST website. These customized presentations meet requirements set forth by Title 19 of the California State Code, give general Fire/Life Safety and Emergency Preparedness information for your property and track all viewing and testing of the information presented. A certificate of completion is available.

PACWEST Internet Training Academy (ITA)

Our goal is to provide each PACWEST security officer with the most current and relevant security information and training available. PACWEST Internet Training Academy (ITA) provides training on demand. Any PACWEST Security Officer may log on 24/7 to the website academy, where they will discover the most topical issues of the industry covered by interesting training modules. Training is self-paced and easy to work through. Upon completion of each module a quiz is taken and transmitted to the PSS Corporate Office for review by our staff of training experts.  A Certificate of Completion is available.
