Patrol Service
PACWEST Security Services sets the standard for the patrol industry. Our uniformed patrol officers work in marked vehicles equipped with the latest technology, creating a cost effective and positive deterrent to crime. When PACWEST assumes responsibilty of your security, the absolute best strategies are deployed in checking your property. Your ability to manage your project will be enhanced immediately by the information we are able to provide you. Information that gives you the ability to take corrective action.  

Fire/Life Safety Services
Fire/Life Safety training, consultation and certification services are provided by PACWEST to multi-tenant and single user buildings throughout Southern California. All training is conducted by our full-time, in-house training specialists who are certified in Fire/Life Safety through the City of Los Angeles Fire Department. Services consist of, but are not limited to, Fire Drills, Floor Warden Training and Manuals, Emergency Procedures Manuals which are the backbone to any safety program, Occupant brochures, Online Tenant Training and CPR/First Aid Training.  

Field Supervision
PACWEST management is committed to hands-on involvement.  Our supervisors are in the field 24 hours a day, seven days a week to conduct on-site inspections.  They provide additional training, monitor the officer's appearance, work in progress, and the status of your property. Our uniformed supervisors work in marked vehicles, each is radio and GPS equipped and in direct contact with our 24/7 dispatch center. PSS Field Supervisors ensure our service meets the customer’s security goals and needs.

Online Training
PACWEST offers online resources to clients through our PSS Building Occupant Online Fire/Life Safety Ttraining.  Building occupants have access to interactive, graphically enhanced Fire Life Safety training and testing programs.  On demand training is provided 24/7 to all PSS employees by logging onto the PACWEST Internet Training Academy (ITA). Training is self-paced and easy to work through.  Upon completion of each module a quiz is taken and transmitted to the PSS Corporate Office for review by our staff of training experts.

Continuous Training
Since no training program can be 100% comprehensive, the training program must become an on-going effort, continuous from the first day of employment. PACWEST offers monthly and quarterly trainings conducted by our “in-house” training specialists. Updated instruction is provided as needed and carefully reviewed to ensure training goals are achieved. All training is fully documented in each security officer’s personnel file and is available for your inspection.
