Leaving a green footprint
Following the ecological trends, in 2007 PACWEST made the business decision to go green in every aspect of our company. Through the creation of GIFT™, our “Green is for Tomorrow” internal green program, PSS phased out the standard security truck in favor of the environmentally friendly Toyota Prius and other eco-friendly vehicles. We mandated that all PSS offices use recycled paper products, and employee recycling and carpooling is encouraged. Other green areas of the company include, but are not limited to, e-marketing, e-faxing, e-training, and e-reporting. Our latest carbon footprint in green technology is PACTrax™, our GPS Real Time Guard Tour management system. Powered by PatrolLIVE, this handheld device permits clients to be updated anytime, day or night, on the status of their properties. This is an exciting new addition to our cache of green products and services.

Our fully customized online training program provides building tenants, employees, and management staff with critical emergency preparedness information. This interactive utility represents a web based solution for mandated building fire/life safety training. For every building occupant and staff member, it details the building evacuation and fire/life Safety procedures that are specific to your property. Testing of all training materials is completed online. Test results are archived at our website and availalble to building management 24/7.
