PACWEST Security Services functions in a position of public trust and is governed by government regulations regarding convictions of crimes. Therefore, PACWEST Security Services will conduct an investigation regarding criminal records if considered for employment. Offers of conditional employment are contingent upon the results of this investigation. Evidence of a conviction record is not necessarily a disqualification to employment; each case will be considered on its own merits. Fingerprinting; however, is a condition of employment.

1. "I agree to immediately notify PSS if I should be charged with a crime or convicted of any crime while my job application is pending or during my period of employment, if hired."

2."I understand that if hired, I may not hold other employment with another security company (in any capacity) or other company and/or engage in other activities that create a conflict of interest with my position with PSS unless given permission in writing by PSS." If hired, I agree to not seek new employment with another security company while still employed with PSS.

3. "I understand that PSS has the right to change my work schedule, base pay and job assignment in accordance with job availability and job skill requirements."
