Initial and Ongoing
Our goal is to provide each newly hired security officer with the
most current and relevant security-related news, information and
training available. Since no training program can be one hundred
percent comprehensive, the training program therefore must become an
on-going effort, continuous from the first day of employment.
Employees are constantly evaluated as to their job knowledge and
provided with updated instruction as necessary. Field Supervisors
perform these evaluations during post inspections.
